My activity is flagged as unusual. Why did this happen and what should I do?

Accepted Answer

To prevent abuse and ensure fair rewards, all leaderboard activity is automatically reviewed before each distribution. The system looks for suspicious or low-quality behavior to keep the competition fair. Because this review is automated, false positives can occasionally occur. If you believe your activity was flagged by mistake, please submit an appeal form. A Talent team member will manually review your case. To help us process your appeal faster, make sure all information you provide is accurate and complete. You will not receive a separate follow-up message. Once the manual review is finished, the flag will either remain or be removed. If it is removed, your eligibility will be restored automatically and reflected in the app.
